My design for a study for a home office, in a corner. This example had decorative turned pilasters, with upper cupboards for box files, built in bookcases and filing drawers below. An excellent example of my fitted furniture design ability. All made to customer’s own specifications and design suggestions, which I translated into working drawings for him or I could similarly design to be made to your specifications.

		This study home office, with built in bookcases over filing drawers and occasional drawers, with a corner knee hole (which gave access to both sides of the desk), has been painted to give atmosphere to a personal space in which my client could work.

		These two Studies for my design for my clients home offices, above and below, are designed and painted to compliment the customer’s desk and other furniture. Both had built in bookcases over cupboards which together gave all the storage my clients required.


	This double returned built in bookcase with the customer’s own desk in the centre of the room and a knee hole included, for the computer behind, was designed by me to fit into a converted garage. It has the built in bookshelves above with cupboards, drawers and filing drawers below all to complete his home office.

	This tiny study or home office was fitted into an otherwise almost useless area. I designed for the space to be fitted out with:- built-in bookcases, drawers, filing drawers and a double facing work area for the computer on the left and for writing to the right. Just what was required of fitted furniture, it must be designed and planned with experience, skill and dedication.

	This custom built, single bay, free standing bookcase, with fluted facia, decorative pilaster heads and pilasters, was my design to include:- two filing drawers and space for the CPU below with a pull out shelf over one side to accommodate the computer keyboard all to be a small, discrete, home office in the main reception room when everything is put away.

This library with the built in bookcases and the kneehole desk opening, was really a home office. It had filing in the side cupboard, drawers and a pencil drawer, a panelled back to the kneehole to conceal the power etc on the wall behind, (access holes for wires etc were cut through the work top) and the customer fitted lights on the bookcase pilasters and over the work area behind baffles after installation.
