PRICE GUIDES
Simon Spencer Designs appreciates that today a clear declaration of price is not common. It may put off prospective customers and it is very useful to competitors. However, as all my designs are unique (worked out with each customer), no comparison of “like with like” can be made (not possible without common specifications, and drawings). Also service, delivery, performance and the all important design, must be taken into account. Very difficult as all our designs and our drawings are unique to Simon Spencer Designs. Each one is individual. I do appreciate that these prices may dissuade those who judge on price alone but, happily, the discerning decide in favour of commissioning us to design for you. This is why we declare a range of prices as fully as we can although they may err on the low side.
We set out below an indication of price (which include VAT). These prices vary on design details chosen, complexity, such items as drawers, doors, mirrors, false book-backed doors etc, as well as site, access, parking charges etc (and also delivery outside London which is not included). However, we hope that these will help you budget for the work you have in mind for it is on these prices that Simon Spencer Designs base their fees of 5% of these estimated prices plus travel and parking etc or £250.00 whichever is the greater.
